Sizing Tower Operator York, NE | $20.00/hr | Night Shift DifferentialHiring Through AerotekAerotek is hiring Sizing Tower Operators for a leading agricultural production facility in York, NE. This position plays a critical role in the seed conditioning process by operating equipment used to clean, sort, and prepare seed for packaging and distribution.Shift Information:

• 1 Opening for Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• 2 Openings for Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Schedule:

• 2 Days On / 3 Days Off
• 3 Days On / 2 Days Off
• Rotating schedule includes weekends

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor seed sizing and conditioning equipment
• Ensure proper seed flow throughout the conditioning process
• Perform quality checks on product
• Monitor production metrics and equipment performance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with plant housekeeping and general operations
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in agricultural and manufacturing environments
• Resume required for consideration

Work Environment:

• Exposure to corn dust, corn pollen, and weed pollen
• Indoor and outdoor work environments
• Exposure to hot and cold weather conditions
