What You'll Be Doing

• Assist construction crews on active job sites
• Work alongside skilled trades including pipefitters, equipment operators, and carpenters
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Use hand tools and power tools, including drills and impact drivers
• Drill and anchor into concrete
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
• Support water rehabilitation and infrastructure projects
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of construction or general labor experience
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
