General Laborer

Job Title: General LaborerJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team where you will be responsible for maintaining a clean facility, stacking and loading blocks, and operating machinery as needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical activity and can handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including sweeping and housekeeping duties.
• Stack and load blocks efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and operate block-making machinery as required.
• Unload finished products from conveyors.
• Perform general labor tasks as needed.
• Adapt to different start times and shift changes.

Essential Skills

• Experience in loading, laboring, and unloading tasks.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Ability to work 1012 hour shifts, 6 days per week, and be open to working up to 72 hours weekly.
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
• Capability to be trained to operate, monitor, and support block-making machinery.
• Comfort with repetitive, physical labor in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong attendance and reliability.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Outdoor industrial or construction experience is preferred.
