General Laborer

Job DescriptionThis role involves performing a variety of general labor tasks on a construction site, with a primary focus on composite cleanup and site organization. The general laborer supports day-to-day operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area while assisting with material handling and other construction-related duties.Responsibilities

• Perform composite cleanup activities, including collecting and disposing of debris and construction materials to maintain a safe and organized job site.
• Clean and sweep work areas regularly to ensure walkways and workspaces remain clear and hazard-free.
• Collect, bag, and remove trash and waste materials from designated areas and dispose of them properly.
• Move, load, and unload construction materials and equipment around the site as directed by supervisors or site leads.
• Lift, carry, and position materials weighing up to 50 pounds safely and in accordance with site safety practices.
• Assist construction teams and other contractors with general labor tasks as needed to support ongoing projects.
• Follow all safety protocols and site rules at all times, especially in an active airport environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and various contractors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely as required for general labor and cleanup duties.
• Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues to site leadership promptly.

Essential Skills

• OSHA 10 certification.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
