General Laborer

This role involves monitoring production lines, sorting materials, assisting with equipment jams, and helping maintain a clean and safe facility.This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in production, manufacturing, and industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production lines and identify unwanted or incorrect materials
• Assist operators with safely clearing equipment jams
• Sort and direct materials to the appropriate locations
• Perform general labor, production, assembly, and packaging tasks
• Use basic hand tools as needed
• Clean work areas and remove debris
• Assist with facility and yard cleanup activities
• Support forklift operations if trained and authorized
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Work with team members to maintain production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and machinery
• Ability to work in hot, dirty, and physically demanding conditions
• Basic hand tool experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Schedule 1st Shift

• Monday through Friday
• 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday through Friday
• 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.75 - $16.25/hr.
