General Foreman

Job Title: General Rigging Foreman (Must have NCCER) $40-55/hr.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced team leader to help establish our new division in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will possess at least an NCCER Advanced Rigger certification and have extensive experience working in data centers, semi-conductors, or large commercial construction projects. Prior leadership experience or managing crews is highly desirable.Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams to successfully complete projects.
• Ensure all safety and regulatory standards are met.
• Coordinate and oversee rigging operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members.

Essential Skills

• NCCER Advanced Rigger certification
• Experience in data centers, semi-conductors, or large commercial construction projects
• Leadership and team management experience

• Millwright skills
• Construction management experience
