This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leader in agriculture while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment that supports the movement, storage, and distribution of seed products.This position is expected to continue through the duration of the facility's 24/7 production season, with work anticipated through March or until seasonal operations conclude.

Pay
- $23.00/hour

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stage, load, unload, and transport seed products and materials throughout the facility
- Accurately track inventory movements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Load and unload trailers while ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently
- Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain accurate equipment records
- Perform routine forklift cleaning and basic maintenance checks
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and material tracking
- Support warehouse housekeeping and facility cleanliness initiatives
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations during peak production periods
- Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures
- Perform additional warehouse and production support duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred
- Prior forklift certification is preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and accuracy
- Ability to count inventory accurately and read scales
- Comfortable operating forklifts in tight or confined warehouse areas
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required
- Resume required for consideration
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
