What You'll Do As a Forge Operator, you'll play a key role in the production process by: Operating forge equipment and supporting daily production activities Loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility Operating overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently Monitoring production processes and identifying equipment issues Performing basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments Assisting with machine setups and production changeovers Using grinders, bandsaws, and banding equipment as needed Conducting quality inspections on finished products Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Working with a team to meet production and quality goals 🛠 What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
- Manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working around heat, noise, and heavy equipment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Commitment to safety and quality standards

- Forging or foundry experience
- Steel or metals manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience
- Overhead crane experience
