Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Fusion Technician to join our team in supporting clean energy initiatives through the fabrication and installation of capacitors for the Orion project. This is a unique 12-week opportunity to contribute meaningfully to sustainable energy efforts.

Responsibilities

• Operate various equipment and tools while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Perform quality checks to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Read and follow technical instructions and drawings accurately.
• Work a standard 40-hour week with shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using measuring and hand tools.
• Physical capability to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong attitude and willingness to improve.

Shifts run from Monday to Friday, with optional overtime, in either the first shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or the second shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Employees are required to wear bunny suits and gloves when in the cleanroom. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
