Entry-Level Electronics Assembly Technicians | 2nd Shift | $18-19/Hr Carlsbad, CA

Job Description

We are seeking Electronics Assembly Technicians to assemble, test, inspect, and package electronic products in a modern manufacturing environment.No prior assembly experience is required. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with good manual dexterity, basic computer skills, and an interest in electronics who are eager to learn and grow.Responsibilities

• Assemble, rework, and test electronic products according to work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings
• Work with small components and electronic assemblies
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks
• Conduct testing activities, including current checks, burn-in testing, and automated test equipment operation
• Record test results and production data using computer systems
• Verify components, quantities, and revision levels against documentation
• Package products, accessories, and kits for shipment
• Report discrepancies, quality concerns, and production issues to leads or supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Interest in electronics, manufacturing, or technology
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and assembly documentation
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Shift Information 2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 2:00pm-11pm
• Overtime available as needed

Training

• One-on-one training provided for all new hires
• Initial training typically lasts 2-3 weeks
• Ongoing shadowing and development may continue for several months based on individual progress
