Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionJoin the Reliability & Maintenance Engineering team as a hands-on RME Jam Technician, where you support critical project initiatives by keeping conveyance and material handling systems running smoothly. You will play a key role in resolving equipment jams, performing basic preventive maintenance, and contributing to streamlined operations across a modern warehouse environment.Responsibilities

• Clear jams on conveyance and material handling equipment to maintain system uptime and consistent operational flow.
• Safely climb ladders and gangways to access elevated equipment and remove jam conditions.
• Use basic hand tools to complete assigned tasks across various operational and maintenance projects.
• Follow established safe work practices while performing preventive maintenance checks on a variety of equipment.
• Move equipment and materials weighing up to 49 pounds as part of daily operational and maintenance activities.
• Stand and walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours while supporting ongoing production and material handling operations.
• Perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head to access and service equipment.
• Support production and material handling workflows in a warehouse environment to help ensure consistent throughput.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Proficiency in using standard hand tools for basic maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to lift and move equipment or materials weighing up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and gangways to access elevated equipment and work areas.
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience working in production, material handling, or warehouse environments.
