on commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for an experienced

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems as needed.
Coordinate with supervisors, other trades, and project personnel to support project progress.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Ensure work meets company quality standards and electrical code requirements.
Track materials, tools, and report shortages to supervisors.

Essential Skills

3-5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
Previous experience leading a small crew or mentoring apprentices preferred.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints.
Experience with conduit bending, wire pulls, panel terminations, and device installation.
Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.

Additional Qualifications

Experience on commercial construction or renovation projects.
Familiarity with OSHA safety practices.
Desire to grow into a Foreman or Superintendent role.
Comfortable using phones or tablets to document work and communicate with the team.
