Join a growing aerospace manufacturing team building aircraft lighting and safety system components used around the world. $19/hr starting pay 1st & 2nd shift opportunities Clean, temperature-controlled facility Modern break room & mini market Strong benefits package Employee recognition & raffles Career growth opportunities 🚀 What You'll Do As an Electrical Assembler, you'll build precision components used in critical aircraft safety systems.🔹 Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand tools and soldering equipment🔹 Read and follow blueprints, schematics, work orders, and assembly drawings🔹 Perform detailed bench assembly of small electrical components🔹 Inspect, test, and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure top-quality standards🔹 Use soldering equipment and production tools safely and efficiently🔹 Follow manufacturing procedures and quality requirements🔹 Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workspace🔹 Work with team leads and production staff to meet production goals What We're Looking For Electrical assembly experience Soldering experience Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity High attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay focused High School Diploma or GED Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace, electronics, or precision manufacturing experience
• Bench assembly experience
• ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) environment experience
• Quality inspection or testing experience
• Experience working with small electrical components
• Mechanical assembly experience
