Position Overview We are looking for an Electrical Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you will assemble electronic components, perform soldering, conduct quality inspections, and test products to ensure they meet customer and company standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with electronics assembly experience who is looking for stability, growth, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and electrical components following work instructions and quality standards
• Perform visual inspections of parts prior to assembly
• Hand solder through-hole and surface-mount components
• Read and follow documented procedures and assembly instructions
• Use hand tools, microscopes, and ESD-safe equipment
• Test and inspect finished products before release
• Accurately enter data and maintain production records

Qualifications

• 6+ months of electronics, electrical assembly, soldering, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with hand soldering is a plus
• Ability to use small hand tools and measuring/test equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read and follow written instructions

Preferred Experience

• PCB assembly
• Surface-mount and through-hole soldering
• Electronics testing and troubleshooting
• Use of multimeters, voltmeters, and other electronic test equipment
