Delivery Driver

Job Title: Delivery DriverJob DescriptionAs a delivery driver, you will be responsible for loading trucks and making deliveries twice a day within South Florida, including Miami and Vero. After your morning delivery run, you will return to the warehouse for lunch, reload your truck, and embark on a second delivery run in the afternoon. You will handle local deliveries, ensuring the smooth transportation of palletized items using pallet jacks and lift gates. A clean driving record is essential, along with the ability to load and unload your own truck, moving boxes typically not exceeding 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks at the warehouse and delivery sites.
• Execute two delivery runs daily, primarily within South Florida.
• Operate a box truck for deliveries, utilizing pallet jacks and lift gates.
• Ensure safe operation of the vehicle and provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety protocols.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1+ years of delivery driving experience.
• Experience driving a box truck is preferred.
• Proficiency in using pallet jacks and forklift.
• Clean DMV record with no violations in the last 3 years.
• Strong customer service skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in loading and unloading trucks.
• 2+ years of local delivery experience required.
• Experience in auto parts delivery, Amazon delivery, or moving company is beneficial.
