This role combines hands-on machining support with careful measurement, blueprint reading, and adherence to aerospace-quality standards in a heavy manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deburring operations on metal parts and components using various hand tools and machines.
• Inspect parts and components to identify burrs and sharp edges and determine the appropriate deburring method.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Record and document all necessary data related to the deburring process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Este puesto combina trabajo práctico de apoyo en manufactura con medición precisa, interpretación de planos y cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de la industria aeroespacial en un entorno de manufactura pesada. Responsabilidades Principales

• Realizar operaciones de desbarbado en piezas y componentes metálicos utilizando diversas herramientas manuales y equipos de trabajo.
• Inspeccionar piezas y componentes para identificar rebabas, bordes afilados e imperfecciones, determinando el método adecuado de desbarbado.
• Utilizar instrumentos de medición de precisión, como micrómetros, calibradores (calipers) y medidores de altura (height gauges), para asegurar que las piezas cumplan con las especificaciones requeridas.
• Registrar y documentar toda la información necesaria relacionada con el proceso de desbarbado.
• Mantener un área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura.
