Warehouse Production Associate Fort Myers, FL Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourFull-Time | Monday-Thursday | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PMWe are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team in Fort Myers. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Production Associate, you'll play an important role in assembling, preparing, and organizing products for customer orders and installation projects throughout Southwest Florida.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate products using hand and power tools
• Pull, stage, and prepare materials for upcoming projects and customer orders
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
• Process outgoing materials accurately and efficiently
• Read and follow work orders, production sheets, and assembly instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training available)
• Support team members and assist with special projects as needed
• Maintain quality standards while working efficiently and meeting deadlines

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be insurable under company insurance requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and remain active throughout a 10-hour shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment

Experience Preferred Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, construction, assembly, fabrication, or related fields is preferred but not required.Experience using tools such as:

• Drills
• Impact drivers
• Sanders
• Grinders
• Circular saws
• Miter saws
• Socket sets and hand tools

Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Occasional overtime as needed

Work Environment This position works in a warehouse and production setting and requires regular lifting, standing, bending, and the safe operation of tools and equipment.
