What You'll Do
- MIG, TIG, Pulse & Flux Core welding
- Fabricate carbon steel and stainless steel components
- Fit, cut, assemble, and weld custom equipment
- Read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Inspect welds and ensure quality standards
- Work on unique projects for data center and industrial customers
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of welding experience
- Strong MIG and/or TIG welding skills
- Blueprint reading experience
- Fabrication and fitting experience
- Pride in quality workmanship
- Pulse, Flux Core, pipe welding, or stainless experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
