Job Title: CNC Mill OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to work with a Mazak CNC mill equipped with a Mazatrol controller. The role involves loading and unloading parts, utilizing work orders, and using hand and power tools for setup. You will also be responsible for reading blueprints, troubleshooting as needed, lifting up to 50 lbs daily, cleaning parts with an air gun, and transferring materials to the correct bins.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Mazak CNC mill with a Mazatrol controller.
- Load and unload parts into the CNC machine.
- Utilize work orders and hand and power tools for setup.
- Read and interpret blueprints and measuring devices.
- Troubleshoot equipment throughout the day as needed.
- Lift and manage up to 50 lbs daily.
- Clean parts using an air gun.
- Transfer materials to appropriate bins.
Essential Skills
- 1 year of experience in operating CNC machinery.
- 1 year of experience in blueprint reading or schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in programming is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in machine setup and general machining operations.
- Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, Haas, and manual machining.
