CNC Machine OperatorPay: $22.00-$29.90/hour (plus applicable shift differential)Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM (+$1/hr shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-7:30 PM (+12% shift differential)
• 4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM (+15% shift differential)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations by running pre-programmed CNC equipment and ensuring machined parts meet quality standards. This role is ideal for candidates with machine operation experience who can read blueprints and work in a fast-paced production environment.Responsibilities:

• Operate pre-programmed CNC mills and machining equipment.
• Load and unload materials and monitor machine performance.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect parts using blueprints, work instructions, and measuring tools.
• Use calipers and other inspection equipment to verify quality standards.
• Deburr finished parts and perform basic assembly or fastening tasks as needed.
• Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Requirements:

• Experience operating CNC machines or other manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Experience using calipers and other measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNC mill experience is a plus.
