CNC Machine Operator

Job Title: CNC MachinistJob DescriptionThis role focuses on setting up and operating Doosan CNC machinery using MasterCAM and Fanuc controls to produce high-quality precision parts. You will perform setups, read and interpret blueprints, complete first-piece inspections, and make edits at the machine as needed. The position offers a strong growth path into MasterCAM offline programming, with training provided for candidates who have solid machining experience and want to advance their programming skills.Shift: Flexible 1st shift hours - 5X8's or 4X10's availableResponsibilities

• Work from blueprints and engineered drawings to ensure work is completed accurately
• Set up and operate Doosan CNC mills and/or lathes (based on expereince) to produce precision components according to specifications.
• Use Fanuc controllers to edit, and adjust existing programs on the machinery
• Load parts into machinery and change tooling according to projects
• Perform own setups, including selecting tools, setting work offsets, and verifying programs prior to production runs.
• Completed first-piece-inspection of parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
• Document work as required, including recording measurements, adjustments, and any deviations from standard processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of CNC Machine Operator or CNC Machining experience
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Previous Doosan machining experience preferred
• Experience with MasterCAM preferred

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
