Cleanroom Technician

Job Title: General Production Worker 1st shift: Monday - Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pay rate: $ 14.00/hr Job DescriptionThis role involves working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment to handle, inspect, and support the production of precision piezoelectric ceramic components such as discs, rings, and plates. You will work on your feet for most of the shift, carefully managing small parts, performing visual inspections, and assisting with assembly, packaging, and general production tasks. This position is well suited for individuals with strong hand-eye coordination who enjoy detailed, hands-on work in a structured setting.Responsibilities

• Handle and inspect piezoelectric ceramic components, including discs, rings, plates, and related parts, with a high level of care and precision.
• Perform visual inspections of materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Support cleanroom assembly processes by following detailed instructions and established production procedures.
• Assist with production activities such as organizing parts, staging materials, and maintaining workflow on the production floor.
• Package finished products accurately and securely, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
• Operate within cleanroom protocols, including proper handling of small parts and adherence to cleanliness and contamination control requirements.
• Remain on your feet for most of the shift while performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
• Lift, move, and position materials and products weighing up to 30 lbs as needed throughout the shift.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area by following safety guidelines and reporting any issues or irregularities.
• Collaborate with team members and follow direction from supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
