Cleanroom Technician

Chemical Operator ($21/hr./1st Shift -12hr/2-2-3 Schedule)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chemical processing and blending equipment.
• Follow batch sheets, formulas, and production instructions to accurately manufacture products.
• Measure and add raw materials according to specifications.
• Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and changeovers.
• Conduct quality checks and collect samples throughout the production process.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Safely handle chemicals, drums, totes, and other raw materials.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues.
• Maintain compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Previous cleanroom, production, chemical processing, or machine operation experience required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, batch sheets, and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, and measuring quantities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to wear required PPE and work safely around chemicals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Chemical manufacturing experience: batch mixing, blending, or liquid processing.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of MIDDLETOWN, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
