Job Title: Cleanroom Technician2nd shift: 3:00pm-3:30am M-THURS OT on FRI Pay rate: $16.00Responsibilities
- Perform detailed visual inspection of products and components in a cleanroom environment, following established quality and production guidelines.
- Handle materials and parts carefully to prevent contamination, damage, or mix-ups during inspection and production support activities.
- Follow all cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures and cleanliness standards, to maintain a controlled environment.
- Accurately document inspection findings and production information as required by internal procedures.
- Work collaboratively with production team members to support smooth workflow and meet daily output goals.
- Adhere to all safety rules and operational procedures while working in the cleanroom and production areas.
- Maintain an organized and tidy work area, promptly reporting any issues or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
- Support general production activities as needed to ensure continuous operations during the shift.
Essential Skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures consistently.
- Strong attention to detail for visual inspection and identification of defects or irregularities.
- Reliability and punctuality to work a consistent 3:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. shift.
- Capability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods in a production environment.
- Basic understanding of working in a controlled or cleanroom setting, or willingness to learn cleanroom protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or inspection roles is beneficial but not required.
- Experience working in a cleanroom or other controlled environment is a plus.
- Comfort with shift-based work and flexible scheduling within operational needs.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Northumberland, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
