Engage in cross-training to learn other core competencies beyond the primary role, supporting career growth, promotions, and pay increases.
Maintain a strong quality mindset, consistently checking work for accuracy and cleanliness and following all standard operating procedures.
Work safely and efficiently in a slightly sterile, hospital-like environment with continuous equipment humming similar to a dishwasher.

Comfort working in an environment with a sterile, hospital-like smell and continuous low humming from equipment.
Ability to adhere to dress and appearance requirements, including no facial piercings, nail polish, fake nails, or makeup, with only a single stud earring and a religious necklace under a T-shirt allowed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Entry-level candidates welcome; no specific prior experience required, with full training provided.
Experience in fast food, cashiering, line cooking, cooking, chef roles, retail, associate positions, dishwashing, prep cooking, or serving is highly valued and considered relevant.
No high school diploma or GED required for this role; however, these may be needed for future supervisor or lead positions.
Willingness to be cross-trained in additional core competencies beyond the primary clean room assembler duties to support advancement and pay increases.
Comfort standing for the entire shift in a production or service environment.
Openness to working structured hours on first shift and participating in overtime one Saturday per month when needed.
