Clean Room Assembler

Job Title: Clean Room AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a versatile Clean Room Assembler who will be cross-trained in various functions including assembly, packaging, labeling, and kit packing. This role involves working in a clean room environment, assembling containers used for surgical instruments, and requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.Responsibilities

• Assist with medical device assembly in a clean room.
• Understand and comply with gowning procedures; no makeup allowed.
• Assemble containers for surgical instruments using hand tools such as screwdrivers, nuts, bolts, and lock tights.
• Follow blueprints and work orders to secure screws and assembly fixtures.
• Utilize a traveler to gather parts from the warehouse and set up workstations daily.
• Potentially assist in the shipping department as needed.
• Perform boxing, labeling, and packaging of final products and test tubes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in English for effective communication and reading/writing work directions.
• Experience with hand tools and medical assembly.
• Capability to work with blueprints and work instructions.
• Hand dexterity and high production speed.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, or a sharp entry-level candidate.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a clean room environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
