Job Title: Cherry PickerJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Cherry Picker in the receiving department, where you will operate cherry pickers and utilize RF Scanners and systems to efficiently manage product put-away and shipping. This role requires proficiency in operating various equipment including forklifts and order pickers, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker and other powered industrial trucks.
• Utilize RF Scanners for inventory management and order picking.
• Efficiently put away and pull products for shipping.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in inventory management.
• Participate in weekly performance reviews and feedback sessions.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) for safe equipment operation.
• Lift, carry, pull, and push items weighing 40-70 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, bending, and reaching.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in operating cherry picker and forklifts.
• Experience with RF Scanners and inventory management systems.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Preferred general warehouse experience, especially in the Picking department.
• Computer and scanning equipment experience.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 15-20 feet.

The facility operates Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm with the expectation of 10-hour days early in the week. Be prepared to work overtime as needed to complete daily orders. Employees will be picking throughout the shift and must be comfortable with heights, as racking reaches 15-20 feet in the air. Dress in appropriate attire for a warehouse environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nazareth, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
