Bus Driver (School Bus & Coach Bus) - Train to get CDL! Locations: Phillipsburg, PA & State College, PASchedule: 1st ShiftPay Rate: $18.00 per hourJoin Our Team as a Professional Driver! We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused drivers to join our transportation team in Phillipsburg and State College, PA. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy being on the road and providing exceptional service to passengers.Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school bus and/or coach bus on assigned routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers, staff, and the public.
• Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or delays promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License required.
• CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements is preferred; training may be available for qualified candidates.
• Must be open to driving both school buses and coach buses as needed.
• Excellent driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of State College, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $36400.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.- full benefits offered
