🔨 What You'll Be Doing

• Perform commercial carpentry work including framing, drywall, doors, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.
• Lead crews and coordinate daily job site activities when serving in a foreman capacity.
• Install drywall, doors, cabinets, millwork, trim, and other finish materials.
• Assign tasks, monitor workmanship, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain high standards for quality, productivity, and job site safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward.
• Assist with project punch lists, walkthroughs, and closeout activities.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of carpentry experience in commercial or residential construction.
• Strong skills in framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and finish work.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Experience using construction tools and equipment safely.
• Leadership experience is a plus for foreman-level candidates.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

📅 Schedule

• Monday-Friday.
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
• Commercial construction and renovation projects.
• Mix of indoor and outdoor work environments.
