Job Title: CarpenterJob DescriptionWe are seeking an apprentice carpenter to join our team working on an exciting retail building project in Loveland, Colorado. This project involves the construction of 12 retail buildings and is expected to continue through October 2027. The role requires performing various rough carpentry tasks, including blocking and backing work, installing anchor bolt templates, and door hardware. Versatility is key as tasks may vary depending on site needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough carpentry tasks including blocking and backing work.
• Install anchor bolt templates and door hardware.
• Maintain versatility to stay busy with various tasks on site.
• Work on retail and office building construction projects.

Essential Skills

• 1 to 2 years of carpentry experience.
• Knowledge of construction and carpentry techniques.
• Ability to perform versatile, all-around rough carpentry tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a carpenter apprentice for 1-2 years.

There are approximately 55 subcontracts on site, and work is scheduled from Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays. After October 2027, there is a possibility to transition to another project on Highway 7 in Erie. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
