Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description
We are seeking motivated Full-time and Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join our team through 2026. In this role, you will support our warehouse operations by picking, packing, stocking, and receiving merchandise. This is a hands-on position where accuracy, teamwork, and efficiency are key to exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise to fulfill customer orders.
- Label items accurately.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Restock inventory and organize warehouse shelves efficiently.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments, verifying accuracy, and staging items.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in inventory management, shipping and receiving.
- Material handling skills.
- Experience with RF scanners and forklift operation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Skills in packaging, picking, and boxing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with pallet jack operation.

Work Environment
The warehouse is non-climate controlled, with shifts available Monday through Friday. A Shift runs from 7am-6pm, while B Shift runs from 4pm-4am. Occasional overtime on Saturdays may be required. Dress code is casual, allowing shorts and comfortable clothing, but headphones are only permitted on iPods or iPads. Phones and metal items are not allowed. There are bi-weekly bonus options and plenty of overtime opportunities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chattanooga, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
