We're hiring Production Technicians to assemble, test, and inspect high-precision sensor products used in aerospace, automotive, industrial automation, and advanced manufacturing industries.What You'll Do

• Assemble, test, calibrate, and inspect precision electronic products
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings
• Perform soldering, mechanical assembly, and adhesive bonding
• Use microscopes and small hand tools for detailed assembly work
• Conduct quality inspections and functional testing
• Operate basic production and calibration equipment
• Document work performed and report quality issues as needed

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with small, precision components
• Good hand dexterity and fine motor skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
• Comfortable working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience

• Soldering electronic components
• Electronics or sensor manufacturing
• Working with oscilloscopes or testing equipment
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
• Inspection, testing, or calibration experience
