This role involves hands-on work in a clean, organized manufacturing environment, using basic power tools, measuring tools, and visual inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.Essential Skills
- Previous experience in assembly, production, or general manufacturing environments.
- Ability to use basic measuring tools accurately to check parts and assemblies.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on identifying and preventing quality defects.
- Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to safely lift and carry 4050 lbs as part of routine job duties.
- Effective critical thinking skills to follow procedures and respond to issues on the line.
- Proven ability to work as a reliable team player in a structured production setting.
- Comfort using basic power tools in a safe and controlled manner.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working on an assembly line or in a high-volume production environment.
- Familiarity with operating within a defined team rhythm or takt time in manufacturing.
- Experience in environments with furnaces or ovens, or comfort working in areas that can become hot at times.
- Willingness to learn new processes and cross-train in other production tasks or departments.
