Assembler 📍 East Rochester, NY💰 $17-$22/hr (Based on Experience) Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:30 AM

Responsibilities
- Assemble and inspect components while maintaining high quality standards.
- Operate small production equipment, including presses, scanners, and magnetizing/demagnetizing equipment.
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, indicators, and height gauges.
- Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities as required.
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain production equipment.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
- Follow all company safety procedures and report any equipment or safety concerns.
- Rotate between workstations and departments as needed to support production demands.
Qualifications
- No prior manufacturing experience required. Training is provided.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
