In this role, you will assemble electronic components for control panels using hand tools, electronic parts, and detailed assembly instructions. Shift & Pay 1st Shift

• 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• $18.00 per hour

2nd Shift

• 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM
• $19.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and panel boards for control panels.
• Utilize small hand tools and electronic parts during the assembly process.
• Work with various wires, connectors, and electronic components.
• Perform soldering tasks using a variety of soldering techniques.
• Read, interpret, and follow instruction drawings and assembly documentation.
• Ensure all assemblies meet quality and production standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, including assembly or machine operation.
• Ability to read and follow written diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment.
