In this role, you will assemble products using hand and power tools, build metal brackets, and operate equipment used in the coil winding process. Comprehensive training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow their manufacturing and assembly skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Build and assemble metal brackets according to specifications.
- Operate machinery used to unwind copper wire.
- Wrap copper wire around metal brackets following established procedures.
- Read measurements and perform basic calculations as needed.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and read a ruler accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanical assembly experience.
- Coil winding experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
