1st Shift Assembler | Monday-Thursday Want your Fridays back? We're hiring Assemblers for a 1st-shift, 4-day workweek in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.Overtime: Optional Friday or Saturday opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assemble commercial lighting fixtures and components
• Use hand and pneumatic tools
• Follow blueprints and work instructions
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality
• Work independently and as part of an assembly line
• Maintain a safe and organized workstation
• Help the team achieve daily production goals

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Blueprint-reading experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks
• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
