• Monday - Thursday
• 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Opportunities for overtime on Fridays
• Consistent full-time hours

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components
• Work from blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Use hand tools to build and finish precision parts
• Sand, polish, deburr, and prepare components for final assembly
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Assist in the production of aviation communication equipment
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, or schematics
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working with small parts and precision assemblies
• Electronics or wiring experience is a plus
