🔧 What Youll Do:

• Assemble and install boat components, hardware, fixtures, and accessories
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Measure, fit, drill, fasten, and secure components according to specifications
• Read basic work instructions, measurements, and production drawings
• Inspect completed work for quality and proper fit
• Work alongside production teammates to meet daily build goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area

Were Looking For:

• Manufacturing, assembly, construction, automotive, marine, or mechanical experience is a plus
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your feet in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work
