Now Hiring Assembler's in the Leetsdale, PA Area ASAP!!! Starting out at $19.65/hr with pay raises every 3 months for the first year!!! Availability on every shift!! (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift)We're looking for an Assembler / Trimmer to join our team in a clean manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll assemble and inspect products, operate presses and tools, and support multiple areas of production. If you enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit.3 Shifts Available: 6:00AM - 2:30PM | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | 10:00PM - 6:30AMTraining: Starts on 1st Shift for any shift for a few months What You'll Do

• Assemble products and components using work instructions and blueprints
• Operate hydraulic presses, hand presses, and various hand and power tools
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform trimming, sub-assembly, parts washing, and material handling tasks
• Use computer systems to access work orders, drawings, and inventory information
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Cross-train in multiple departments to support production needs

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and drawings
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, drills, torque wrenches, and similar equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable learning multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with wiring, trimming, cleaning, or parts washing
• Knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic equipment
• Basic computer skills in a manufacturing environment
• Preventive maintenance or troubleshooting experience
