Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team as an Assembler where you will be part of a leading innovator in advanced composite material technology. You will help manufacture lightweight, durable, and environmentally friendly fiberglass products for various industries, including utility, service, and municipal vehicles. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
• Ensure products conform to specifications.
• Prevent and minimize rework.
• Perform standard operating procedures of production and inspection functions as directed.
• Return from breaks in a timely manner; notify lead/foreman/supervisor before leaving the department.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork as directed.
• Attend all department and company scheduled meetings.
• Work assigned scheduled shifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Immediately report all accidents and deficiencies to the lead/foreman/supervisor.
• Ensure safety devices are installed and working properly.
• Suggest improvements and continuously enhance the quality of support activities.
• Perform all required duties within company safety standards.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with electric grinders, power sanders, buffers, trim and cutting tools, measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges), brushes and scrapers, bonding equipment, welding, grinding, and fiberglass.
