Assembler - West Palm Beach, FLIMMEDIATE OPENING!Pay: $18+/hr (Based on Experience)Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 8am-5pmWe're hiring Assemblers for an immediate opening with a growing manufacturing company in West Palm Beach, FL. This position is ideal for candidates with assembly, mechanical, manufacturing, or production experience who enjoy working with their hands and using tools.Responsibilities:

• Assemble stainless steel products and components
• Use hand and power tools including drills, saws, wire strippers, and cutters
• Read and follow work instructions and assembly procedures
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for production
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
• Conduct pressure testing on finished assemblies
• Document production and quality results
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to work in a repetitive production environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Blueprint reading skills
• Tape measure proficiency
• Fabrication or sheet metal experience
• Experience in production/manufacturing
