Job Title: AssemblerJob DescriptionThe Assembler accurately measures, cuts, cleans, and packages pipes in a small machine shop environment, using hand tools and power tools to prepare products for shipment while maintaining high quality and cleanliness standards.Responsibilities

• Measure pipes accurately using a measuring tape and mark cut lines with a pen.
• Cut pipes to specified lengths using a hacksaw and other appropriate power saws.
• Clean cut pipes with a cleaning solution and cloth to remove pen marks and surface residue.
• Use a steel sponge to wipe down welded pipes to ensure a clean and finished appearance.
• Package prepared pipes in poly-tubes, then seal and label them according to shipping requirements.
• Follow assembly instructions, basic blueprints, or work orders to complete tasks correctly.
• Operate and handle hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently throughout the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the machine shop environment.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse team members to meet daily output and quality goals.
• Use basic computer systems or interfaces as needed to support production or labeling activities.
