Apartment Maintenance Technician

Facilities Technician Were hiring a Facilities Technician for a full-time, long-term opportunity. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general repairs.Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance work orders and troubleshoot facility issues
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Handle carpentry, drywall, patching, painting, and general repairs
• Repair or replace windows, screens, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures
• Service or replace appliances such as refrigerators and ranges
• Prepare vacant units for new residents
• Perform flooring maintenance, including stripping and waxing
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Participate in an on-call rotation after the probationary period

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or mechanical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and general repair skills
• Comfortable working independently and completing work orders
• Experience with multiple trades is preferred
• Valid Pennsylvania drivers license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance work

Schedule:

• Full-time, 1st shift
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
