2nd Shift Inventory Coordinator

Job Title: Inventory Coordinator PartsLocation: Bayonne, NJShift: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PMPay: Up to $25 hour based on experienceSend updated resume to kimartin@ aerotek.com for IMMEDIATE considerationWe are seeking a dependable Maintenance Parts Coordinator to support the maintenance team by managing parts inventory, issuing materials for repairs, and keeping the maintenance warehouse organized and fully stocked. The ideal candidate has experience with SAP systems, inventory control, and industrial mechanical parts.

• Allocate and track maintenance work orders
• Issue parts and equipment to mechanics for repairs
• Restock, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels to prevent shortages
• Track parts and inventory using CMMS/ERP/SAP systems and manual records
• Receive, store, and distribute maintenance parts and supplies
• Use a manual pallet jack to move materials
• Maintain an organized and safe parts/warehouse area

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, parts, inventory, or maintenance storeroom experience
• Familiarity with industrial components, including: Bearings, Shafts, Belts, Motors & Gearboxes
• Experience with SAP systems
• Strong inventory tracking and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable using a manual pallet jack

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bayonne, NJ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
