Downstream Operator

Pay: $20.25/hr **Shifts: **12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule - 7 PM -- 7 AM Key Responsibilities: - Operate downstream equipment including cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machinery - Monitor product quality and ensure all materials meet Dura-Line specifications - Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment - Maintain accurate production and quality records - Assist with line changeovers and setup - Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area - Communicate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and team members What We're Looking For: - Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (including every other weekend) - Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods - Mechanical aptitude or prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
