Establish consistent methodologies and governance processes for analysis, training design, development, implementation, qualification, and effectiveness evaluation.
Facilitate training needs analyses, job and task analyses, performance gap assessments, and qualification standard development.
Develop tools, templates, metrics, and controls to ensure training programs are performance-based, repeatable, auditable, and aligned with business objectives.
Ensure training and qualification programs support workforce competency, organizational readiness, quality objectives, and sustainable program implementation.

Workforce Development & Training Strategy

Support development and execution of Aecon Nuclear's long-term workforce development and training strategy.
Assist leadership in developing training roadmaps aligned with business growth, governance implementation, and organizational capability priorities.
