Perform model coordination with all other building disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural, and plumbing systems.
Identify, document, and assist in resolving model clashes, interferences, and constructability issues.
Interpret design intent and translate technical information into accurate, coordinated BIM models and drawings.
Work independently on assigned drafting and modeling tasks while collaborating with project team members to resolve technical questions.
Maintain model accuracy, drawing quality, and compliance with project standards, established BIM protocols, and documentation requirements.
Support project teams throughout the design and construction documentation process, incorporating revisions and updates as required.

Qualifications

Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation and apply direction to assigned modeling and drafting tasks.
Ability to work independently, manage assigned deliverables, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or other technically complex building projects.
