Intake and Scheduling Coordinator | Jackson Township, NJ | $65,000-$80,000/year Bilingual English/Spanish required

Advanta Autism Care is a growing ABA provider serving children and families. We are hiring an Intake and Scheduling Coordinator to welcome new families, guide them through the intake process and keep our therapy schedules running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Receive and respond to referrals and inquiries from families and referral sources by phone, email, text and fax
• Guide families through intake: send intake packets, review submitted documents and follow up on anything missing
• Verify insurance benefits and coverage through payer portals and by phone
• Create and maintain client accounts and confidential files in our systems
• Coordinate families' availability and schedule assessments and therapy sessions
• Help build and maintain staff schedules and keep client trackers up to date
• Communicate with families in English and Spanish throughout the intake process

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong organization, communication and computer skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking
• Prior intake, scheduling, medical office or administrative experience preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
