Support multiple teams independently and mentor others on investigation techniques and historical trends.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products and applications.
Lead implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) resulting from failure investigations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance failure analysis processes, product reliability, and field quality performance.
Present technical findings and corrective actions to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
